Bibiana Vargas
I was born and raised in Colombia, where I grew up in a family of coffee farmers. From an early age, I learned that success isn’t measured by what you have—it is earned through hard work, integrity, and perseverance. Those values became the foundation of my life.
At 20 years old, I came to the United States with determination to build a better future. I worked three jobs while attending English classes in the evenings, embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. From the moment I arrived, I knew this country was home, and I believed that with dedication and perseverance, anyone willing to work hard could build a meaningful life.
My first career was in the medical field, where I spent more than ten years serving others. Caring for people reinforced my belief that the greatest fulfillment comes from making a positive difference in someone’s life.
At 22, I met my husband, David, who proudly served in the United States Army. Service has always been at the heart of our family, and together we’ve built our lives around helping others, working hard, and giving back whenever we can.
Later, I returned to school to earn a degree in Business Administration and began a new career in the financial industry. Starting in an entry-level position, I was fortunate to work with mentors who believed in me and gave me opportunities to grow professionally. Those experiences taught me the importance of leadership, accountability, and building lasting relationships.
While our professional careers were growing, David and I discovered another passion—remodeling homes. We purchased our first home when we were 26 years old and transformed it with our own hands. Watching an outdated, neglected space become a beautiful home was incredibly rewarding. We realized that remodeling wasn’t simply about construction—it was about creating places where families could gather, grow, and truly love where they live.
That passion became the inspiration for Varenza Design Build.
Our company was founded on the belief that every homeowner deserves a space thoughtfully designed around their lifestyle and built to stand the test of time. We are committed to serving our clients with honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine care, treating every home as if it were our own.
More than building a successful business, our greatest hope is to create a legacy for our two children. We want them to inherit not only a company but also the values that built it: faith, hard work, integrity, service, and a passion for transforming homes and improving lives.
